Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Dehumidifiers and Heat Recovery Wheels for Centralised Air-Conditioning System for Museum and Art Gallery at Sasana Kijang
Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) invites qualified and experienced vendors who fulfil the requirements listed below to participate in the above-mentioned tender.
1. Prequalification Requirements
Only vendors who meet the following requirements will be considered for this tender and issued the RFP documents.
2. Tender Process Milestones
A summary of the timeline of the tender process is as follows:
- Prequalification document submission: 20 August 2024 until 29 August 2024, 5:00 p.m.
- RFP document issuance: 9 September 2024
- Tender closing date: 25 September 2024, 5:00 p.m.
3. Issuance of Tender Document
The tender document can be downloaded via the eTender URL: https://procurement.bnm.gov.my. Vendors are required to download the eTender Guide and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Guide to proceed with the registration of eTender.
In your indication of interest, please attach the prequalification documents in PDF format no later than 5:00 p.m., 29 August 2024 (Thursday). BNM will not provide any acknowledgement of receipt in response to the indication of interest by the vendors.
BNM disclaims all liability for tender documents that are not received by the vendor. Only vendors who have been issued the tender document are allowed to participate in the tender exercise.
4. Submission of Completed Tender Document
Vendors are required to submit duly completed proposals online via the eTender system no later than 5:00 p.m., 25 September 2024 (Wednesday). BNM shall not be responsible for any loss of tender documents or delayed tender submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the submission of tender.
